Low-current systems · Design · Supply · Install · Maintain

Security, safety and automation that quietly never fail.

Eratex designs, installs and maintains the low-current systems buildings depend on — surveillance, fire detection, access control, automation, display walls and network infrastructure — delivered end to end by one accountable team.

Every low-current system, from one contractor.

Design, supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance — so cabling, devices and integration are one responsibility instead of four subcontractors blaming each other.

CCTV Cameras & Security Surveillance

IP camera systems designed around actual sightlines and lux levels — not a device count. Recording, retention and remote viewing built to survive an incident review months later.

  • 4K / 8MP IP cameras, PoE, ONVIF-compliant
  • NVR & VMS with calculated retention and RAID storage
  • AI analytics: line-crossing, intrusion, LPR, people counting

Fire Alarm Systems & Safety Solutions

Addressable detection and evacuation systems installed to code, documented for inspection, and tested on a schedule — so the certificate on the wall reflects a system that actually works.

  • Addressable panels, loop design and cause-and-effect matrices
  • Smoke, heat & multi-sensor detectors, sounders, beacons
  • Emergency lighting, exit signage and Civil Defence documentation

Access Control & Intercom Systems

Door-by-door control with a clean audit trail. Card, PIN or biometric at the reader, video intercom at the entrance, and one console that shows who went where and when.

  • Card, PIN, fingerprint & face readers with anti-passback
  • IP video intercom, gate/barrier and turnstile integration
  • Visitor management plus time & attendance export

Smart Automation Systems

Lighting, climate, blinds and power on one control layer, with scenes and schedules that cut running cost — controlled from a wall panel, a phone, or not at all once the logic is right.

  • KNX / BMS control for lighting, HVAC, curtains and shading
  • Occupancy & daylight sensing, scene and schedule programming
  • Energy metering with a single dashboard across the site

Commercial Video Walls & Big Displays

LED and LCD walls specified for the room they live in — viewing distance sets the pixel pitch, ambient light sets the brightness. Structure, processing and content workflow included.

  • Indoor & outdoor LED walls, pixel pitch matched to viewing distance
  • Narrow-bezel LCD walls, video processors and matrix switching
  • Digital signage CMS, scheduling, mounting structure and calibration

Custom IT Infrastructure & Networking

The layer everything else runs on. Structured cabling, switching, wireless and power, engineered so the next system you add is a patch lead rather than a second project.

  • Cat6A & fibre structured cabling, racks, containment, labelling
  • Managed switching, VLAN segmentation and surveyed Wi-Fi coverage
  • Servers, storage, UPS & power — plus PA, BGM and queue systems
Network racks with fibre patching and status indicators
Labelled · Documented · Reproducible

Every device lands on one documented network.

Cameras, readers, panels and displays all terminate in the same rack, on the same labelling scheme, drawn on the same as-built.

One contractor, from first drawing to final handover.

Eratex is an IT services and low-current systems contractor. We survey the site, engineer the design, supply the equipment, run the cable, commission the system and maintain it afterwards — under one contract and one point of contact.

Most low-current problems are not product problems. They are the seams between trades: cable pulled to the wrong spec, devices commissioned by someone who never saw the design, no as-built drawing when a fault appears two years later. We remove those seams by keeping the whole chain in-house and documenting every stage.

  • Site survey and system design before any quotation
  • Named engineers on site — installation is never subcontracted blind
  • As-built drawings, labelling schedules and O&M manuals at handover
  • Scheduled maintenance with response times written into the contract
  • You own every licence, credential and configuration file

Surveillance

Installed by the people who drew it.

The engineer who surveyed the building sets the camera angles, terminates the fibre and signs the as-built. Nothing is handed to a crew that has never seen the design.

Structured cabling

Trusted on buildings that cannot be shut down.

Residential developments, commercial towers, banking and municipal projects — delivered live, in occupied buildings, without taking the site offline.

Occupied buildings · Live systems

We work in buildings that never close.

Staged cutovers, night works and temporary coverage, so the building keeps running while the system underneath it is replaced.

Tell us about the site.

Send the building type, roughly how many devices or doors you're covering, and your timeline. We'll come back with an engineer's read and arrange a survey.
