Most low-current problems are not product problems. They are the seams between trades: cable pulled to the wrong spec, devices commissioned by someone who never saw the design, no as-built drawing when a fault appears two years later. We remove those seams by keeping the whole chain in-house and documenting every stage.
The engineer who surveyed the building sets the camera angles, terminates the fibre and signs the as-built. Nothing is handed to a crew that has never seen the design.
